Tipalti Website Overhaul: From Outdated to On-Brand

The Challenge

Tipalti’s website was stuck in the past—broken links, unclear messaging, and a confusing user flow made it hard for visitors to understand what Tipalti even was, let alone take action. The site needed a full UX and copy refresh, top to bottom.

What I Did

As the Lead Brand & UX Copywriter, I worked closely with design, product, and web teams to rewrite the entire site. My focus: turn complex payment automation solutions into a clear, compelling story—and make it easy for users to find what they need fast.

  • Used the brand style guide to ensure a consistent, modern voice across all pages.

  •  Rewrote every headline, subhead, and call-to-action with clarity and intent.

  •  Replaced jargon and vague language with specific, benefit-focused messaging.

  •  Highlighted Tipalti’s value prop right away—What is Tipalti? Why should you care?

  •  Improved the site's information hierarchy and guided users toward key actions like “Book Demo

How I Solved It

The Outcome

  • Transformed the site into a clear, cohesive, and user-friendly experience.

  • Increased engagement on key product pages.

  • Helped drive more demo requests by simplifying the conversion path.

  • Made Tipalti’s complex services accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Why It Worked

This wasn’t just a rewording—it was a user-centered rethink of the entire content flow. I translated Tipalti’s powerful technology into clear, action-driving copy that speaks to real users with real needs.
